**Job Opportunity: Stores Support Officer**Join the Victorian Government's Department of Justice and Community Safety, working to create a safer, more just Victoria. We are seeking a dedicated Stores Support Officer to assist in the operational planning, coordination, and delivery of stores' services across our Youth Justice Precinct in Parkville, Melbourne.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure goods are carefully received and orders are filled and delivered in a timely and diligent manner.
  • Assist in the production of clear, concise accurate and timely financial management reports to management, including Oracle financial system and MYOB inventory system.
  • Respond to crisis supply and requirements situations in a positive and constructive way and actively contribute to the problem-solving process.
