Job Summary

A Pricing and Margin Analyst plays a key role in driving commercial excellence by shaping pricing strategies and improving margin performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Strategy Development – Create and implement pricing architectures, analyze discount structures, and support new product launches.
  • Margin Enhancement – Identify margin leakage, build price elasticity models, and recommend actions to improve contribution margins.
  • Insightful Analysis and Reporting – Deliver insightful margin models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to guide commercial decisions.
  • Governance and Compliance – Maintain pricing compliance, transparency, and robust audit trails.
  • Collaborative Partnerships – Partner with stakeholders to align pricing execution with business strategy.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of senior Commercial/Finance experience with a focus on pricing and margin analysis.
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Wholesale industries.
  • CPA/CA qualified with exceptional analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of shaping commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/pricing systems.
