**We're Hiring: Aged Care Worker**

Do you have a caring heart and a passion for helping others live with dignity and respect? We're looking for a compassionate and reliable **Aged Care Worker**to join our team and make a real difference int he lives of older Australians.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide personal care, companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, mobility and hygiene
- Support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing
- Work as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care

**What we're looking for**:

- Certificate lll in Individual Support (Aged Care) or working towards one (preferred)
- Kind, patient and empathetic nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
- Ability work effectively both independently and within a team
- Current First Aid Certificate, CPR and Police Check
- Have own transportation with a valid license
