The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices. You will work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process, ensuring timely delivery of work. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Living and breathing the Mindshare values daily while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives.
  • Communicating confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation, holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Marketing or other relevant degree.
  • A Professional Marketing Qualification or Equivalent Experience of 0-1 years experience in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques, and processes.

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 based on location. Additional benefits include:
