Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the Food and Beverage Team to deliver outstanding service and quality products
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control throughout the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Food and Beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification and Food Handlers' Certificate required
