Project Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of one of our remote contracts.

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless service delivery, strong client relationships, and high-performing teams.

  • Assist with managing daily operations including inductions, WAFs, and SOPs
  • Build strong client relationships and respond to requests for additional services
  • Support, develop, and train team members, fostering a positive and respectful work culture
  • Approve timesheets, manage leave, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
  • Maintain system access and Learning Management System compliance
  • Promote and uphold safety protocols
  • Proactively manage employee absences, performance, and grievances

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote operational environment, with strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about safety, training, and operational excellence, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments is also essential.
