Sustaining Workforce Solutions

This position is ideal for an individual who wants to work in a high-performance culture, managing employee relations and providing guidance on workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, and restructures.
The role involves close collaboration with the business and other teams, such as HR Business Partners and Talent Centres of Excellence, to develop solutions to individual employee matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing coaching and mentoring to Employee Relations Advisors
- Partnering with business leaders to create sustained solutions to individual employee matters
- Maintaining a balance between work and personal life through hybrid working arrangements
This role offers flexibility to work from home and can be located anywhere in Melbourne or Sydney.

- Influencing and partnering with business leaders at all levels
- Employee relations case management experience
- Knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements
