Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our research and policy initiatives, driving strategic growth and thought leadership across Asia's risk landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact research projects, focusing on emerging risks such as climate change and ageing societies.
  • Design and implement a policy engagement strategy, positioning our organisation as a trusted authority in the field.
  • Oversee operational functions, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing through industry working groups.
  • Promote fundraising and partner engagement by articulating compelling insights and research findings.
Requirements
  • Around 10 years' experience in life/health insurance, actuarial science, risk management or a closely related field.
  • Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, actuarial modelling or risk analytics.
  • Proven organisational and operational management skills, including leading administrative teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating complex issues into practical policy recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in fostering collaborations with industry, regulators and academia.
