About the Role
This exciting leadership opportunity enables you to drive high-impact projects across New South Wales, delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients. You will lead a team of project professionals, providing coaching, development, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project professionals across multiple accounts
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to bid and proposal activities
- Foster a safety-focused culture and ensure full compliance with relevant standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure consistency across BGIS systems and contract obligations
What We're Looking For
We require an experienced Senior Project Manager or Services Manager with a proven track record of delivering commercial fit-outs, construction, or refurbishment projects. Strong leadership skills, extensive stakeholder and contractor management experience, deep understanding of WH&S, risk management, and compliance are essential. Additionally, we seek someone with commercial acumen, excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or Quantity Surveying
- Post-trade or postgraduate qualifications in building systems, business, or engineering (highly desirable)
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project delivery tools
