Job Overview:

Control valves are crucial components in various industrial processes, requiring regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, testing, and overhaul of control valves, as well as repairing and breaking down these complex systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of control valves, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of valve components
  • Testing of control valves to verify proper functioning and identify areas for improvement
  • Overhaul of control valves, involving disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of valve parts
  • Repair and breakdown of control valves, requiring advanced technical skills and knowledge of valve mechanics

Requirements:

  • Trade-qualified mechanical fitter with experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in process plant operations or mechanical engineering
  • Familiarity with valve maintenance, testing, overhauling, breakdown, and repair, as well as understanding of related safety protocols and regulations
