Senior Technical Supervisor

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Technical Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our workshop. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in valve repairs and maintenance services.

  • Supervise staff members in all aspects of work including valve repairs and maintenance services.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain open communication channels.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems.
  • Implement workshop maintenance and safety schedules to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Train and develop personnel, including apprentices, to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure high levels of HSE compliance across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• Mechanical or Engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (preferred)

• Completed an engineering apprenticeship (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum five years' experience as a qualified technician or mechanical fitter.

• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role or industry.
