- Lead and work as part of a knowledgeable, multi-disciplinary team in delivering effective rehabilitation services.
- Manage the growth and development of a successful team, driving operational performance deliverables.
- Act as the key point of contact for our insurer and agents, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and people management.
- Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation principles and practices.
- A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
