Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Manager to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division in Darwin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, overseeing the delivery of rehabilitation services, and driving operational performance deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the delivery of rehabilitation services to ensure timely, value-laden, and customer-focused service delivery
  • Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth, and customer engagement
  • Work with the national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred)
  • People management experience (2 years preferred)
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
  • Strong (current) Workers Compensation knowledge
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and positive approach
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
