Rehabilitation State Manager

Procare Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation State Manager to lead our Northern Territory Injury Management and Rehabilitation division, based in Darwin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a successful and expanding team by providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of rehabilitation services, ensuring timely, value-laden, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the national management team to establish and execute an ambitious strategic growth plan.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated occupational rehabilitation experience (4 years preferred).
  • People management experience (2 years preferred).
  • Current accreditation/membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong Workers Compensation knowledge.
  • A genuine commitment to driving continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
