Job Coach Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Job Coach to join our team in Pinjarra/Mandurah and Surrounding Suburbs. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Provide exceptional service at every stage of the process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Ideal experience working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • A genuine desire to be part of our broader team, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
