This is a 12 month fixed term contract.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Beauty Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sale.
You will work as an ambassador of the brand to create a unique, genuine and long-lasting bond with the client, while understanding and contributing to business objectives.WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANELAs a Beauty Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our brand.
You will have the ability to create lasting moments with your clients, and build trusted relationships with client and team mates alike.YOU ARE ENERGISED BYThinking 'outside the four walls' of the Boutique and considering the entire client experience across all touch points of Makeup, Fragrance and Skincare.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create a tailor-made client experience and personalized solution for each client visit, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationship with clients.Share beauty tips with clients to educate and inspire them and enrich their experience in using the Chanel products.Conduct makeup services and skincare consultations for clients utilizing your excellent beauty and product knowledgeProactively invite clients to come back for services and schedule appointments.Promote link selling and cross-selling in order to achieve business objectivesShow curiosity to learn more in order to nourish the business culture and share trend knowledge, being pro-active in self-learning and development of the wider team.WHAT YOU WILL BRINGEagerness and willingness to take care of the Chanel client, with an understanding of exceptional client service.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish emotional connection and build relationships.Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPI's will be highly regardedDigital trend awareness, with capabilities to embrace changing technologiesCuriosity, openness and eagerness to learn.Previous experience in a Fragrance and Beauty environment an advantageWHAT CHANEL CAN OFFER YOUIn this position, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in luxury retail management and client service, through career planning resources, development through formal training programs (in-house and externally), coaching and more.Chanel remains committed to rewarding people competitively, as well as offering initiatives such as wellbeing programs, learning and development opportunities, and parental leave for all parents globally.We strongly encourage your application, as we value the perspective, experience and potential you could bring to CHANEL.
