This role offers a unique opportunity to work with premium and luxury brands, evaluating their experiences and helping them improve. You will conduct discreet evaluations in various markets, including beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches, and automobiles.

As a freelance customer experience evaluator, you will be responsible for providing detailed feedback on your experiences. This includes identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies for enhancing the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer experience and writing, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken). They should also have a good understanding of the luxury industry and be organized and prompt.
