\Job Description

A highly experienced Centre Director is sought to lead our team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students in delivering high-quality outcomes for children from birth to school age.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional quality education and care, promoting positive relationships between staff, children, and families.
  • Mentor and develop staff members to achieve their full potential, supporting them in achieving certification in early childhood education.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Foster partnerships with local families and communities, engaging in collaborative planning and decision-making.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.
  • Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
