About Our ServiceWe cater for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, providing a nurturing environment across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas.
- We have a full-time Service Administrator, Curriculum Leader, and Area Manager on our team.
- Take advantage of our comprehensive in-service support system to create a joyful learning journey every day.
As Centre Director, you will lead a team of educators to drive quality outcomes for children by fostering a positive learning environment.
- Nurture strong relationships with families and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal frameworks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.
- An in-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS is essential.
