As a skilled Procurement Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and driving efficiencies across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme claims, including documentation and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Analyse root causes of pricing or process variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) - ideally with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross-functional teams.
  • Procurement expertise with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
  • Demonstrated process improvement capability - able to spot inefficiencies and make systems work better.
  • Root cause analysis skills - able to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
