Job Title: Procurement Systems And Data Analyst

Role Overview:

This dynamic procurement role requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure data integrity and drive efficiencies across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with SAP procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage contract pricing and condition records for accurate compliance in SAP.
  • Process Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims, including documentation and compliance reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Analyse root causes of pricing or process variances and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline processes and enhance data accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong SAP P2P experience - preferably with pricing, vendor, and contract maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Procurement expertise with a solid understanding of supplier contracts, invoices, and cost allocation.
  • Demonstrated capability to improve processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Root cause analysis skills to resolve systemic issues.
