About the Role

As a Data Centre Technician at Oracle, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server hardware and software in our data centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software.
  • Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements.
  • Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions.
  • Work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call.
  • Background in Linux.
  • Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
