Unified Communications Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Unified Communications Specialist.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor for Unified Communications technologies.
  • This role involves building, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the bank's Unified Communication & Collaboration Services.
  • Responsibilities include providing Level 2/3 support for business in the UC domain.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will build, configure, and maintain voice systems, including MS Teams, Genesys Contact Centre, and Polycom.
  • They will lead and participate in projects, including research, testing, and provisioning of new technology.
  • Liaising with external vendors is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The incumbent will provide regular review, analysis, and reporting of system availability.
  • They will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for new installations and systems changes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in a Voice / Unified Communications / System Administration role is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience supporting MS Teams Voice and PABX systems.
  • Experience in the administration and configuration of Contact Centre systems with Genesys Contact Centre knowledge is preferred.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience are essential.
