Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on iconic projects in the Territory, driving successful project delivery through effective contract management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contract Preparation and Negotiation
    • Develop clear scopes of work and procurement packages by interpreting design documentation and specifications.
    • Prepare tender documentation, manage subcontractor quotes, and oversee selection and award processes.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including terms, conditions, and financial obligations.
  • Contract Administration
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices.
    • Monitor contractual compliance, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies during project delivery.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and resolve contractual or commercial disputes.
Requirements
  • 5-10+ years' experience in contract administration on projects valued at $10-20M.
  • Proven track record delivering projects from start to handover.
  • Strong expertise in drafting and managing complex contracts, subcontractor agreements, and contract notices.
  • Defence industry experience highly desirable and cross-cultural awareness for sensitive international contracts.
