About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Hand to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing food to the highest standards, and providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking.
  • Stock and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Prior kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Availability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Clear understanding of written and spoken English.
