About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our team at Next Gen Clubs. As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, preparing food, and assisting with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the kitchen area, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Help with stock management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prior kitchen experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Availability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Impeccable pride in appearance and personal hygiene.
  • Exceptional service standards, with a focus on member satisfaction.
  • Clear understanding of written and spoken English.
