You will be energetic, reliable, and passionate with the flexibility to work varied hours across different shifts. You will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands-on role, thrives in an exclusive club environment, and wants to make a difference.

Essential Criteria:

  • Prior kitchen experience;
  • Available to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends;
  • Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
  • Adheres to exceptional service standards;
  • Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean kitchen;
  • Wash dishes;
  • Maintain kitchen;
  • Assist with food preparation;
  • Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge;
  • Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
