Lineage Logistics is a leading provider of temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions. We're seeking a skilled Business Services Coordinator to join our team at our Laverton facility in Melbourne.

The primary focus of this role will be to support a small team of administrators and customer service team members across revenue management and customer onboarding activities.

The roster for this role is Tuesday to Saturday.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Supporting processes and systems relative to revenue management
  • Supporting Business Services Manager and team with claims management process
  • Supporting various invoicing activity including updating rate cards to mitigate revenue leakage
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs
  • Providing internal and external customers with accurate and timely reporting
  • Supporting onboarding of new customers
  • Making sound decisions to enhance performance and mitigate risk to the business
  • Continually reviewing processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness

Your background and experience should ideally include:

  • Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable)
  • Qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance or similar
  • Experience leading a team
  • An excellent understanding of and experience implementing safety procedures, product safety initiatives, quality and legal regulations
  • Impressive customer service credentials
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally WMS and/or TMS
