Sephora, a leading global beauty retailer, is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Macarthur Square Store on a Full-Time, 12 Month Fixed-Term basis. The Role:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • To develop strategies for business growth and conversion using data insights
  • To motivate and inspire the team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values
  • To continuously improve team performance and capability through coaching and training
  • To foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team
  • To provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Are passionate about delivering client-centric experiences that build brand loyalty
  • Have experience in managing profit and loss, monitoring shrinkage, and forecasting sales
  • Enjoy operational incentives such as brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes

  • Maintain accurate core metrics to measure performance and achieve Sephora's vision

We'd Love to Hear from You If:

  • You have 2-3+ years of experience in retail or store line management
  • You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
  • You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience
  • You possess excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
  • You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate and coach team members
