Housekeeping Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the housekeeping operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors.
- Support the housekeeping team in providing an excellent cleaning service, including daily on-the-job training.
- Maintain accurate financial, maintenance, and inventory records.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a housekeeping team and controlling budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to follow procedures.
