**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Partner to join our team. This role is responsible for providing strategic business partnering to SI&U and Group Services Divisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the provision of decision support and advice to the SI&U and Group Services Group Executives and their EGM leadership teams.
  • Deliver and continuously improve financial reporting and performance analysis to ensure the SI&U and Group Services Divisions understand how they are tracking to financial targets and are provided with forward looking insights for effective and timely decision making.
  • Manage the delivery and continuous improvement for ways of working (governance, cadence, support and advice) to ensure provision of timely, relevant and accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting to key stakeholders within the Divisions supported.
  • Accountable for managing, maintaining and driving the improvement of the budgeting and forecasting analysis, proactively managing risks/issues to ensure that key deliverables are in accordance with IAG timetables and requirements.
  • Manage, maintain and improve the provision of forward looking financial reporting specific to the Divisions supported focused on key productivity and business drivers.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant knowledge and experience in finance and accounting functions.
  • Commercial experience and business acumen to support stakeholders understand the financial implications of business and operational decisions.
  • Strong influencing skills, the ability to work in a matrix environment, effectively deliver outcomes and balance the needs of key senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, engagement and development of high performing teams.

**Skills & Experience:**

  • Familiarity with financial management/reporting and statutory/technical accounting principles.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
