Job Title: Project Support Specialist 

The role of Project Support Specialist is to collaborate with the field service team in delivering high-quality building management systems and security system work throughout Sydney. The key objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional administration and technical support, minimizing site downtime, and ensuring quality reporting.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
  • Manage invoicing, acceptance, and issue processing
  • Maintain contracts and develop site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by operations managers
  • Manage site spares, specific purchase orders, and safety manuals
  • Coordinate service schedules and maintenance sheets, including filing and archiving
  • Report near misses, incidents, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments (JSA) for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
  • Estimate materials costs and labor for spot works
  • Manage team and contractor security clearances
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate to high computer skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications well regarded
  • Courteous, well-spoken, and well-presented demeanor
  • Desire and proven ability to deliver excellent customer service (internal and external)
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team environment
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and persistence to drive issues to a conclusion
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze data
