Project Support Specialist

  • Providing project and operational support
  • Assisting senior staff with calendar management and meeting competing deadlines
  • Managing briefing note approvals and contract administration
  • Preparing reports and arranging meetings
  • Supporting procurement activities, including supplier liaison and expense reporting
  • Updating standards and reference architectures
  • Developing customer surveys and reporting on outstanding customer issues
  • Assisting with recruitment processes and organisational charts
  • Managing invoice mailboxes and processing invoices
