Infrastructure Maintenance Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects that benefit our community.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a background in landscape construction and open space maintenance/management to undertake planned and reactive maintenance of infrastructure, ensuring high standards are met.

The role requires problem-solving skills, the ability to undertake various tasks, including daily operational activities, supporting projects and programs, undertaking maintenance works safely and efficiently, identifying priorities, and maintaining health and safety standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications or significant experience working in landscaping/construction industry or similar field. You should also possess demonstrated experience and understanding of service delivery requirements in parks, sports fields, foreshore areas or similar environment, ability to use computer-based systems, AQF 3 – Chemical certification, Chainsaw Competency Certification, Class C (minimum) NSW Drivers licence, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, commitment to working in a team environment, well organised and good level of physical ability, strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety, skills and knowledge in a range of minor plant and equipment, and demonstrated skills & experience in manual handling.
