Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our high-performing team and work on industry-leading mandates for top-tier clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse data through interviews and research, ensuring accurate findings and recommendations.
  • Support clients in defining their requirements, providing effective solutions.
  • Communicate complex analysis results and develop insights and recommendations, articulating key points clearly.
  • Take ownership of tasks, delivering projects on time and meeting project lead expectations.
  • Keep the project lead informed of issues, risks, and findings, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Administer data and meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A final year student or recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, Mathematics, Actuarial Studies, or Law.
  • Solid academic results and Australian citizenship.
  • Able to obtain an Australian government security clearance.
  • Highly developed analytical skills, passion for solving complex IT and business problems.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
