Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team in maintaining sufficient cylinder stock levels as per policies and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading cylinder trucks via forklift and at times by hand, organising cylinders of gas for distribution and re-fill within facility, collecting empty cylinders with forklift and placing in high pressure area for filling, and performing analysis checks as per DSOP's and product recipes.

  • Fulfill direct production requirements to maintain sufficient cylinder stock levels as per policies and customer needs.
  • Loading and unloading cylinder trucks via forklift and at times by hand.
  • Organising cylinders of gas for distribution and re-fill within facility.
  • Collecting empty cylinders with forklift and placing in high pressure area for filling.
  • Filling cylinders utilising computerised (automatic) system.
  • Marking/ preparing filled cylinders ready for distribution.
  • Receiving and dispatching both primary and secondary product orders throughout the region and intra company sites.
  • Loading/unloading of delivery vehicles in accordance with load restraint regulations and Air Liquide procedures.
  • Ensuring product quality by performing analysis checks as per DSOP's and product recipes.
