- Establishing a modern, agile brand governance model.
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality brand expression across channels, platforms, and geographies.
- Leading relationships with global and regional creative partners.
- Driving best-in-class brand work that delivers both creative excellence and business results.
- Acting as a senior brand ambassador within the organization.
- Mentoring and inspiring teams to drive brand excellence with creativity, discipline, and passion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in brand management or strategic marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a multinational environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced brand or strategy training a plus.
- Demonstrated success building and evolving global brands with measurable impact.
- A strategic thinker with creative flair and commercial focus.
