BIM Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented BIM Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work across various typologies and grow professionally in one of Australia's most awarded practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production of project information models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead progress meetings to discuss updates and address any issues that may arise.
  • Select and implement collaboration tools to streamline project workflows.
  • Assist staff in implementing BIM technology to enhance project outcomes.
  • Inform project stakeholders on project BIM strategy to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Implement BIM across all projects as required to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Communicate changes in procedure and standards to project teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage and maintain project content to guarantee accessibility and relevance.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines to facilitate effective collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in architecture or construction to provide a solid foundation for the role.
  • Extensive experience with Revit to ensure proficiency in BIM software.
  • Experience with 3D modelling or Autocad to complement BIM skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience to guide team members effectively.
  • Worked in teams at large firms to develop strong communication and collaboration skills.
