BIM Manager

KHA is seeking a talented BIM Manager to join our Fremantle studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work across many typologies and grow professionally at one of Australia's most awarded practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of project information models
• Lead progress meetings to discuss updates and issues
• Select and implement collaboration tools
• Assist staff on the implementation of BIM technology
• Inform project stakeholders on project BIM strategy.
• Implement BIM across all projects as required
• Ensure that changes in procedure and standards are communicated to project teams
• Manage and maintain project content
• Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines

Experience needed:

• Qualifications in architecture or construction
• Extensive experience with Revit
• Experience with 3D modelling or Autocad
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience
• Worked in teams at large firms
