Join our Risk and Advocacy function as an Operational Resilience Risk Manager. This is a senior role where you can shape and strengthen resilience practices across the organisation. Collaborate with delivery leaders and engineering teams to build scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices that support strategic initiatives.

Manage complex workflows, build strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a seamless claims process in our team. You will work on claims and insurance-related roles in Sydney, including opportunities to develop your career within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Utilise your expertise in Workers Compensation policy, legislation, and product knowledge to shape customer experiences and data solutions. Support Pricing & Analytics initiatives and projects within Pricing & Analytics teams.

Join our growing Risk & Compliance team in a vital role and help review and enhance digital journeys and marketing automation platforms. Apply commercial experience in Design and Engineering Practitioners PI (or equivalent Construction PI) to contribute to Vero initiatives.

Consider a Business Analyst role with a Financial Services or Insurance background within the Consumer Tribe (Motor Claims space). Accelerate your career through a blend of on-road assessments and desktop duties in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Marketing opportunities include leading brand storytelling, customer-centric campaigns, and initiatives to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Java engineering roles focusing on REST API and Spring Boot for secure, high-performing identity services (React experience is a bonus; Brisbane-based).

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience aligned with risk, assurance, insurance, marketing, design/engineering, or software development roles as described.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Relevant technical or domain knowledge depending on the role (e.g., Java, REST APIs, Spring Boot, marketing automation, workers compensation policy).
