Job Overview:

The Role of a Cost Controller is pivotal in ensuring the financial health and transparency of any project. This role demands strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and reviewing monthly project reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), obtaining relevant financial reporting from PCR systems, and analyzing operating results in relation to cost, budgets, and operating policies.

  • Compile and review monthly project reports and KPIs

  • Analyze operating results in relation to cost, budgets, and operating policies

Closely collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, the Cost Controller will ensure that financial plans are effectively implemented and that accurate financial results are reported.

For this role, we seek a professional with a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or equivalent tertiary accounting qualification, as well as a degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
