Senior Facilities Manager

Foster a culture of open communication, performance excellence, customer-centricity, continuous improvement, and innovation in delivering high-quality services as our Principal Facilities Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team responsible for managing facilities to ensure an effective and safe work environment, including after-hours and weekend security.
- Contribute specialist knowledge and provide advice to facilitate effective delivery of services, projects, and strategies related to facilities management.
- Prepare complex reports, submissions, and correspondence addressing important issues requiring specialist expertise.
- Ensure ongoing business improvement to achieve maximum return on investment for resource expenditure.
- Manage resources (staff, budgets, assets, and infrastructure) to meet key performance targets while enhancing facility operational efficiency and effectiveness.
A current unrestricted 'C' class drivers' licence is mandatory. Tertiary qualifications in business management, logistics, or supply would be desirable, along with relevant transferable experience in logistics and supply.
