Lead Underground Projects Specialist

The Underground Alternate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that underground projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include integrating safe systems of work across operations, adequately resourcing operations, preparing and maintaining site financial models and budgets, and monitoring and managing key performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities:- Integrate and maintain safe systems of work across operations
- Adequately resource operations in consultation with mine management
- Prepare, maintain, and implement site financial models and budgets
- Maintain a safe and reliable fleet to deliver business objectives
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators to drive productivity and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualification in mining engineering or previous experience as a mine foreman required
- WA first class mine managers certificate of competency required
This role requires a high level of expertise in project management, safety procedures, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
