Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team, responsible for evolving our team operating model with tools and frameworks to enable business units. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX for large-scale experiences, with a strong facilitation and workshopping skills for collaborative design sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evolving our team operating model with tools and frameworks to enable business units
  • Effectively utilising and contributing to a suite of digital tools and practical frameworks
  • Defining guiding principles of Wpay-enabled CVPs for customers
  • Continuing to build out our customer journeys and service blueprints
  • Identifying, understanding, and validating hypotheses for internal and external customers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX for large-scale experiences
  • End-to-end UX process expertise, including research, design, prototyping, and testing
  • Strong facilitation and workshopping skills for collaborative design sessions
  • Data-driven approach to UX, with experience in research methodologies and user testing
  • Proven ability to present and communicate designs to stakeholders
