Job Title: ICT Strategy Performance Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join the ICT Strategy Implementation Office as an ICT Strategy Performance Analyst.

This role will involve assisting in the delivery of the Baseline Performance Model, supporting ongoing performance measurement of the ICT Strategy, and providing guidance and oversight of Defence ICT strategy implementation.

The team works closely with Defence stakeholders, including wider Chief Information Officer Group, other Defence Groups and Services, and Defence Industry Partners, to adopt a One Defence approach to achieving ICT Strategy goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in policy development and analysis or transferable skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience in collating information and developing reports to support strategy management processes
  • Ability to work in a changing environment and remain flexible, agile, and adaptable in response to changing priorities
  • Confidence to raise complex or difficult issues with team leaders and contribute to decision-making processes
