About This Role:

As a Digital Content Publisher, you will play a vital part in the digital transformation of our organisation.

This role involves managing content publishing across our public website and Member Online portal, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that enhances member experience and drives business growth.

  • Support content publishing across multiple digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver accurate, accessible, and SEO-optimised content.
  • Support initiatives that grow our membership and improve servicing and retirement outcomes.
  • Apply UX principles and Sitecore CMS expertise to design and refine page templates.
  • Manage publishing requests, triage tasks, and ensure timely delivery with clear communication.
  • Contribute to agile projects, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain governance and documentation for publishing processes and CMS components.

Your Expertise:

We're looking for a detail-oriented digital communicator with strong technical skills, preferably with experience in digital marketing, content editing, or web content management.

Key requirements include:

  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS.
  • Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, WCAG, and SEO tools.
  • Agile mindset with experience using Jira, Confluence, and working in Scrum/Kanban environments.
  • Fin-tech knowledge, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
