Claims Executive Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a Claims Executive to manage general insurance claims and provide high-quality technical advice and support to clients.

  • Manage general insurance claims in accordance with company processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, and act as an advocate for the client in relation to insurer indemnity denials.
  • Drive settlement negotiation processes and negotiate on behalf of the client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience handling claims, proven experience in customer-facing roles, strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and problem-solving skills.
