As a highly skilled Defence maritime project manager at Beca, you will contribute to the Australian Defence Force's (ADF) operational capability by delivering engineering support and project management services to our Defence clients.

We are seeking a high-performing professional with relevant Defence maritime systems engineering experience to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will lead, manage, and deliver Defence maritime projects while developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing Defence maritime projects;
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Translating client operational requirements into project deliverables;
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to complex issues;
  • Ensuring compliance with Defence writing standards and documentation requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
