About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Coordinator. This is a full-time role that plays a key part in making our organisation a great place to work.

As a P&C Coordinator, you will provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, performance, and P&C systems. You will work closely with the Head of P&C and be a trusted go-to for staff and volunteers.

This role requires someone who is passionate about fostering great workplace experiences and has a strong understanding of Australian employment law and Fair Work practices. You will also have experience with HRMS software, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building trust and relationships.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience and at least 2 years' experience in a similar HR coordination, recruitment, or admin role.

Main Responsibilities
  • P&C Administration/Coordination: Manage day-to-day P&C administration/coordination and maintain up-to-date records and systems.
  • People Metrics and Reporting: Prepare people metrics and reporting for the leadership team.
  • Recruitment Support: Support the end-to-end recruitment process: from job ads and interviews to onboarding new team members.
  • Organisational Learning: Assist with organisational learning and development initiatives, helping our people grow and thrive.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate and support the performance management process.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar HR coordination, recruitment, or admin role.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment law and Fair Work practices.
  • Experience with HRMS software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
