Swim School Operational Leadership Role

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strategic, results-driven individual to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operational performance of a swim school.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and elevating the performance of the management team to drive operational success. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term operational strategy, driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across programs, systems, and customer experience.
In addition, the Operations Manager will monitor and conduct Performance Reviews and staff meetings, as well as travel between locations as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and champion a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including performance metrics and employee data.
